Beyonce gets diva attitude with Secret Service
R&B singer makes unreasonable requests from Secret Service during inauguration.
Yesterday all celebrities in attendance at the inauguration were suppose to leave their egos at home and be on good behavior, but rumors are circulating that Beyonce pulled a diva stunt on the Secret Service.
The following quote comes from sources in Washington who say that she’s been “nothing but a headache” for them. Apparently, Beyonce wouldn’t even mingle with the regular people. Said the source “she had some demands Washington wasn’t really ready to deal with.”
For instance, it is believed that “B” refused to walk the four blocks police told her she’d have to, after a few streets were shut down. “Beyoncé wouldn’t walk in high heels in the cold,” says insiders.
“The cops wouldn’t budge, but the Secret Service agreed to let the driver pick Jay and Beyoncé up, bring them to their hotel so they could change, and get them back to the theater.”
Although America is finally ready for a black president, it doesn’t seem like they can’t handle Beyonce; the first lady of hip hop.

I’ve walked several blocks in high heels before, during a major event, and it took several weeks for the blisters to heal. I was in so much pain I had to lose a few cool points by going to first aid in the middle of the event. So all of you male nay sayers can shut your mouths, because you don’t know what you are talking about!

On April 27, 2009 at 12:05 pmSounds likes a personal problem to me, cause I’m sure Beyonce could have got information on what was expected of herself and others who attended the event, and found out what type of gear was appropriate to wear. So yea it does sound like she was being a diva, just not a very smart one, or prepared one. And no I’m not a male. And I think its ignorant to say the people who are referring to Beyonce as being a diva are “males”. How do you know? And so what if they are males? What the hell does that have to do with this situation? Beyonce has been attending major events for a long time now and if homegirl can’t get it right by now then she never will. This event was for Obama. Not Beyonce. This event was about Obama. Not Beyonce. So why should she get special treatment just because she chose to wear heels? Because of her name? Don’t think so. Michelle wasn’t complaining, if she was, she sucked it up and supported the cause just like everyone else did.
