T.I. is expected to testify in a Cincinnati court Wednesday about the events that took place on the night his close friend and assistant, Philant Johnson, was murdered.
A jury was chosen on Monday in the case against one of two brothers allegedly responsible for Johnson’s death.
Tuesday the jury visited the crime scene and opening statements were given in court for the murder of Johnson back in May 2006.
Murder and hip-hop…always a sad combination.

25 cent

During a recent press conference 50 Cent took time out to address why his new album was pushed back to 2009.
“I decided to push the record back because I have so much more that I want to offer the public as a part of my presentation before I get to actually releasing it,” 50 said.
For those of you who don’t speak “bull sh*t”, let me translate.
“Man…I can’t release my album because I’m scared no one will buy it and then my career will officially be over. So instead, I’ll just keep pushing back my album release date.”
See how easy that is.

Fur-loving Lindsay Lohan had real baking flour tossed on her by a PETA sympathizer en route to a party. Lohan laughed off the incident, but ya’ll know that’s wrong.
I would have gone Kanye-style them “thirsty” protestors.

Carson Daly chatted with Eminem, Beyonce gave a show-stopping performance, girls shrieked at the sight of Justin Timberlake and hundreds of fans lined up outside in Times Square for a glimpse at superstars.
And just as fast as it started, the last episode of MTV’s TRL music show became history.
All of the stars were saying how much they are gonna’ miss the show. Let’s be honest…when was the last time any of us even watched an entire episode of TRL….exactly!
Snoop, Kid Rock, Puffy…who smoked more weed before taking this picture?
50 Cent and Lloyd Banks performed.
Beyonce…we know already!
Nelly, Snoop, and Luda
Ya’ll know Diddy had to be there.

A smiling Jennifer Hudson models a red sweater in Gap’s holiday ad campaign, unveiled Thursday.
The company considered removing the actress-singer’s image after her mother, brother and nephew were killed in late October. But Hudson indicated she would like to go on with the campaign.
I’m sure the upcoming Holiday’s will be tough, but it’s good to see her trying to move forward.

The prostitute behind one of the greatest scandals in the history of New York politics - specifically Eliot Spitzer’s - has conducted her first TV interview with ABC News.
Ashley Dupré’s interview with Diane Sawyer will air this Friday on “20/20″ as part of a series on prostitution.
I wonder how much she charged for the interview; I guess “Girls Gone Wild” didn’t work out.

Wanda Sykes, the comedian co-star of The New Adventures of Old Christine officially came out of the closet yesterday.
Sykes also announced she married her girlfriend on Oct. 25, just days before the passage of Proposition 8, which has banned gay marriage in California.
Damn…the closet is getting more and more vacant. Now that it’s “cool” to come out, who do you think will be next?
