Kanye avoids his day in court
Rapper KANYE WEST has won a delay in his assault case.
The Stronger hitmaker’s lawyer Blair Berk was in court in Los Angeles on Monday, requesting a continuance to his client’s arraignment.
West is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft - after allegedly lashing out at photographers at LAX airport in Los Angeles last year (08).
The rap star’s manager, Don Crowley, is also charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.

Word is that Kanye’s attorney requested a continuance as he works on a plea deal.
But sources claim Kanye will probably end up getting fined and serving community service…another slap on the wrist.
