Toni Braxton was hospitalized yesterday…her rep says that she was admitted due to chest pains….as many of you already know, Toni has a heart condition that causes inflammation around the lining of the heart so many were concerned when the 40 year old R&B singer started to have chest pains….please send one to the sky for Toni if you get a chance.
