Solange…’Beyonce ain’t scared of Janet’
Beyonce’s little sister fights back after controversial statements.
Apparently, the reports that Janet Jackson is “infuriated” by Beyonce’s comments about her famous family have not phased the Knowles clan.
For those of you out of the loop, in a January 2009 cover story, Beyonce explained the differences between her journey to success and that of the Jacksons.
“I grew up upper class. Private school. My dad had a Jaguar,” said Beyonce. “We’re African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons, but I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation.”
Reports have since been circulated that Janet Jackson is pissed with Beyonce, but yesterday Solange spoke up in defense of her sister.
During a dinner with friends, one source claims that Solange almost laughed when the subject was brought up saying, “What ever. Beyonce ain’t scared of Janet. All my sister did was tell the truth…she wasn’t trying to hurt nobody”.
Some critics believe this is just a publicity stunt to get Janet back in the public eye, but we’re told that the two divas won’t be talking anytime soon.

Beyonce’s comparison was that her father had a successful career in corporate america and her mother owned her own business. They were “successful” in their own right.
The Jackson’s and Joe Jackson always talk about how “poor” they were. So Beyonce just REstated what the Jacksons have always said.
